Losenvo operates the Prandio application. This policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

1. Information Collected

1.1 User-Provided Information

Account: Email, name, password, or social login data (Google, Apple, Facebook)
Health Profile: Dietary goals, restrictions, nutritional preferences
Tracking Data: Meal plans, meal check-ins, supplement logs, water consumption, activity records, wellness notes
Camera/Photos: Images for meal and supplement scanning via AI (OpenAI)—not stored by Prandio after analysis. OpenAI may retain images for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring per its data usage policy.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device Data: Model, OS, language, timezone
Usage Data: Frequency, screens visited, app interactions
Notification Tokens: Push notification identifiers for reminders

1.3 Third-Party Information

RevenueCat: Subscription and payment status
Google AdMob: Advertising identifiers for free-plan users

2. How Information Is Used

Provide, maintain, and improve the application
Generate personalized dietary insights using AI (OpenAI)
Analyze meal and supplement images for automatic identification
Send reminders
Calculate adherence streaks and achievements
Process subscriptions via RevenueCat
Display relevant ads to free-plan users via Google AdMob
Support inquiries

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with:

Supabase: Secure storage and authentication
OpenAI: Meal plan processing and insight generation (anonymized when possible)
RevenueCat: Subscription management
Google AdMob: Ad display (consent-based)
Expo: Push notification services

4. Data Security

Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), row-level database security, and secure device credential storage are employed. No system is completely secure, but reasonable protective measures are implemented.

5. Data Retention

Data is maintained while accounts are active. Users can request deletion via Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Full removal occurs within 30 days.

6. User Rights

Access stored personal data

Delete account and associated data
Manage personalized ad consent (app settings)
Export data in readable format

7. Children's Privacy

Prandio is not intended for users under 13. Unintentional collection of child data results in prompt deletion.

8. Ads and Tracking

Free-plan users see Google AdMob ads with consent requested via UMP. iOS respects App Tracking Transparency—denied tracking results in non-personalized ads only.

9. Policy Changes

Updates occur periodically with notification via app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
