These Terms of Service govern the use of the Prandio application, developed and operated by Losenvo. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Prandio is a meal plan tracking application that allows you to:

Import and manage meal plans
Log meal and supplement check-ins
Track water intake and physical activity
Receive personalized insights generated by artificial intelligence
Follow adherence streaks and achievements
Receive meal and supplement reminders

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. By creating an account, you declare that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account
Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account
You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Settings > Delete Account

4. Plans and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan offers basic features with advertisements. Some premium features (such as AI chat, supplement scanning, and advanced insights) are restricted to the Pro plan.

4.2 Pro Plan (Subscription)

Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat, depending on the platform
Renewal is automatic at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date
To cancel, access the subscription settings of your app store (App Store or Google Play)
Refunds follow the policies of the respective app store

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to access other users' systems or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Distribute malware or interfere with the operation of the Application
Use the Application in a way that overloads our servers

6. AI-Generated Content

Prandio uses artificial intelligence to generate nutritional insights, process meal plans, and provide personalized suggestions. It is important to understand that:

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical or nutritional advice
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of suggestions generated by AI
Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet

7. Intellectual Property

All content of the Application, including design, code, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Losenvo and is protected by intellectual property laws. The data you enter into the Application remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
We are not responsible for decisions made based on information from the Application
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months of subscription

9. Medical Disclaimer

Prandio is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, treatments, or medical advice. The information provided by the Application is for informational and tracking purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or nutritional guidance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. After termination, your data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the Application or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the court of the district of Losenvo's headquarters.
